WHY THIS PRACTICE EXISTS

Every Leader Is a Work in Progress. Every Journey Is a Design.

The leaders your organisation needs in five years are already in the building. What is missing is the architecture that moves them forward. Most leadership development gives people modules. We design journeys, with a deliberate progression from leading self, to leading others through complexity, to leading the enterprise.

We embed in your organisation before we design a single session. We build the programme around your strategic priorities, the transitions your leaders actually face, and the bench you need to develop. Every cohort is supported by coaching, applied projects, and structured transfer between modules. Every outcome is measured.

Leadership is discovered, not delivered.

WHY THIS MATTERS

The Returns on Getting It Right

10% / Year

Better shareholder returns delivered by companies that practise leadership management with discipline, compared to those that do not. (Bain & Company)

25%

Stronger business outcomes reported by organisations that invest in leadership development, compared to those that do not. (GCC Board Gender Index 2026)

54%

Of companies that develop leaders at every level place in the top 10% of their industry's financial performance, nearly double the rate of those that do not.(Harvard Business Review)

Stronger retention from experiential learning, compared to instruction alone. (Kolb, 2015)

WHO IS THIS FOR

For Leaders at Every Stage of the Journey

Emerging and Mid-Career Leaders

First-time managers, high-potentials, and the professionals making the critical transition from technical expert to leader of leaders. The foundations of self-awareness, influence, and managing a team well, plus the navigation tools for the moment most careers stall.

Senior Managers & Heads of Function

Leaders operating with strategic intent across teams and functions. Building the bench of leaders below them, influencing peers without authority, and preparing for the shift from running a team to running a business.

Senior Executives and Enterprise Leaders

Leaders preparing for or already operating at enterprise level. Commercial judgement, regional complexity, and the decisions that define senior roles. Sized for executive teams that need depth, not breadth.

THE FLAGSHIP PROGRAMME

The Leadership Acceleration Journey

A six-month experiential journey for a cohort of leaders moving to the next level. Three modules, structured as a deliberate cognitive progression: from leading self, to leading others through complexity, to leading the enterprise. Sessions are not interchangeable modules. They are stages built on each other.

Every cohort is supported by 1:1 executive coaching, action learning projects linked to real business challenges, and structured transfer between modules. Every outcome is measured. Every programme is designed around the organisation commissioning it.

01

Leading Self

The inward module. Leadership identity, strategic self-awareness, executive presence, and the personal transitions that define the move to the next level.

02

Leading Others Through Complexity

The shift from self to system. Building high-performing senior teams, decision-making under ambiguity, and leading influence across functions and geographies.

03

Leading the Enterprise

The transition from leading a function to leading a business. Strategic and commercial judgement, business simulation, and the enterprise decisions that define senior roles.

3-DAY MASTERCLASS

The Executive Intensive

A condensed format for senior leaders who cannot commit to a multi-month cohort. Three intensive days, anchored in the realities of the role and the commercial pressures of enterprise leadership. The same cognitive progression, compressed into a structured intensive with coaching follow-up.

HOW IT WORKS

The Architecture Behind Every Journey

What separates leadership development that lasts from leadership development that fades is rarely the content. It is the architecture around the content: the discovery that defines what to design, the coaching that makes insight personal, the projects that turn learning into business outcomes, and the measurement that proves what shifted. Every Leadership Journey is built on the same five elements.

01

Discovery & Assessment

We embed in your organisation before we design a single session. Executive interviews, stakeholder conversations, and integration of any assessment data you already use, Hogan, SDI, 360, or other.

02

Executive Coaching

Every participant works with an accredited executive coach. A minimum of two 1:1 sessions, scheduled between modules to maximise application.

03

Action Learning Projects

Teams of three or four work on a real business challenge across the journey, presented to a senior panel at programme close. Tangible value, and a live assessment of leadership in action.

04

Transfer by Design

The space between delivery days is where the most important learning happens. Commitment cards. Structured 30-day reflections. Line manager activation from programme start.

05

Measurement & Reporting

Outcomes are defined at the start, not bolted on at the end. Four levels of measurement, adapted from the Kirkpatrick model. Individual leadership profiles feed directly into your existing talent review processes.

A PARALLEL OFFERING

Leadership Expeditions

The gap between knowing a leadership concept and being tested on it is wider than most development programmes admit. The outdoors closes that gap faster than a classroom can.

Leadership Expeditions is our partnership with Life Happens Outdoors: structured leadership experiences in some of the world’s most demanding environments, designed for teams that are ready to be stretched beyond familiar patterns.

01

Under Real Pressure

Conditions change. Plans break. Decisions carry weight. Participants face the leadership tests most programmes can only simulate: ambiguity, fatigue, and interdependence.

02

Designed, Not Improvised

Every expedition is built around a leadership architecture, not an itinerary. Pre-expedition assessment. Daily structured reflection. Post-expedition coaching.

03

Built for Teams

Closed-cohort expeditions commissioned by organisations. Executive offsites with substance. Cohort capstones for multi-module journeys. Standalone interventions for senior teams who need to recalibrate together.

Most of our work begins with a conversation. This is a good place to start one.

Leadership Journeys Form

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are these programmes designed for?

Leadership Journeys are designed for organisations building leadership capability across critical transition points. Typical cohorts include high-potential professionals moving into management, senior managers preparing for enterprise leadership, functional leaders stepping into broader commercial responsibility, and executive teams navigating growth, transformation, or regional complexity.

Do you run leadership training courses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?

We design and deliver leadership development programmes for organisations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and across the GCC. Rather than standalone courses, our work takes the form of structured journeys: experiential modules, executive coaching, and applied projects, designed around your organisation and measured against agreed outcomes.

How is this different from other leadership development programmes?

The learning is experiential, not theoretical: simulations, case studies, applied projects, and real decisions, because behaviour changes through doing, not listening. The design is boutique, not generic: every programme is built around your culture, your strategy, and the transitions your leaders actually face, with no off-the-shelf content. And every journey follows a deliberate progression, from leading self to leading others to leading the enterprise, measured against outcomes agreed from day one.

Do your programmes include executive coaching?

Yes. Every participant in a Leadership Journey works with an accredited executive coach, with a minimum of two one-to-one sessions scheduled between modules so insight turns into application. Coaching themes are shaped by the discovery phase and the participant's own transition.

How do you measure impact and return on investment?

Outcomes are defined before design begins. Depending on the organisation, measurement may include leadership readiness, internal mobility, retention of high-potential talent, cross-functional collaboration, succession depth, or the business outcomes of action learning projects. Our reporting framework is adapted from the Kirkpatrick model and integrates with your existing talent review and succession processes.

Can the programmes be adapted to our sector and organisational context?

Yes. Every programme is designed around the organisation commissioning it. We begin with stakeholder interviews, strategic context gathering, and a review of any leadership or assessment frameworks already in use. Scenarios, business simulations, coaching themes, and applied projects are then shaped around the realities your leaders actually face.

What is the typical cohort size and duration?

The flagship Leadership Acceleration Journey runs six months with cohorts of 12 to 20 leaders. The Executive Intensive is three days for senior leaders. Leadership Expeditions are scoped per commission.

What assessment tools do you use?

We integrate with whatever your organisation already uses: Hogan, SDI, 360, or other. If no framework is in place, we can recommend and administer one as part of the discovery phase. We also map every programme to your existing competency framework, linking each module to the capabilities your business already measures against, so the programme reports into the language and standards your talent processes already use.

Can these programmes work across multiple countries, business units, or leadership levels?

Yes. Many cohorts span geographies, functions, and business units. The design framework is built for organisational complexity: cross-functional influence, regional leadership dynamics, enterprise decision-making, and alignment across distributed teams. Delivery can be in-person, hybrid, or phased across regional cohorts.

What are Leadership Expeditions?

Structured leadership development experiences delivered in demanding outdoor environments in partnership with Life Happens Outdoors. They test leadership behaviour under real pressure: ambiguity, fatigue, interdependence, and changing conditions. Each expedition includes structured preparation, facilitated reflection, and post-expedition integration so the learning transfers back into the organisation.

Do you deliver in Arabic?

Yes. Programmes are delivered in Arabic, English, or bilingual formats depending on cohort composition. Written materials and participant resources are available bilingually where required.

Where do you deliver?

In-person across the GCC, principally Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Doha, with hybrid and virtual formats for distributed teams. Leadership Expeditions are delivered at international destinations.

What does it cost?

Investment depends on cohort size, format, and the depth of customisation required. We provide a fully scoped proposal following the discovery phase.
