Building a Female Leadership Pipeline
Across Two Successive Cohorts
Of junior and mid-level women developed through the comprehensive programme.
Covering personal brand, communication labs, and organisational influence.
Accelerated, with many participants taking on expanded responsibilities or earning advancements.
Capable Women. The Confidence and Visibility to Match Their Potential.
Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, one of the UAE’s leading diversified conglomerates, was investing in the development of its female talent at junior and mid-career level. The women in the programme had the capability to progress. What they needed was the confidence, leadership presence, and influencing skills to make that progression visible and sustainable.
The organisation needed a programme that could run at scale across multiple cohorts without losing depth. It required a structured, experiential approach that would build genuine capability and strengthen internal networks, not just deliver content and move on. And it needed to create cultural momentum for gender equity, not just individual development.
Identity, Communication & Influence
Emile Woolf Middle East designed and delivered a three-module Women in Business programme for ESAG, running across two successive cohorts. The programme combined experiential delivery with coaching circles and peer support networks to ensure the development was both deep and lasting.
Module 1: Brand You
Self-discovery, identity-building, and reframing self-limiting beliefs through personal brand storytelling. Participants defined who they are as leaders before they were asked to lead differently.
Module 2: Practice Lab
Accelerated leadership communication through courageous conversations, assertiveness training, and real-world scenario practice. The module where knowledge becomes behaviour.
Module 3: Building Bridges
Visibility strategies, sponsorship awareness, and internal networks to support career navigation. The module that connects individual development to organisational progression.
Integrated Coaching
Feedback loops, coaching circles, and sustainable action plans to ensure rapid skill growth and application beyond the programme.
From Self-Discovery to Organisational Influence
Preparation
Pre-programme reflection and strengths assessments to establish a baseline for leadership identity. Participants arrive knowing their starting point.
Modular Delivery
Three experiential modules covering personal branding, communication labs, and organisational influence. Each module builds on the last.
Support & Application
Facilitated peer coaching circles and support networks to foster a lasting internal community. Workplace application tasks followed by impact tracking and leadership action plans.
THE IMPACT: Confidence Built. Careers Moved. A Pipeline Strengthened.
Through two successful cohorts, participants experienced significant confidence growth and a stronger leadership presence. The programme catalysed career mobility, with many women taking on expanded responsibilities or earning promotions. By mastering influence and assertiveness, graduates improved collaboration across teams, while the initiative created cultural momentum for gender equity and a stronger female leadership pipeline within ESAG.
