We embed in your organisation before we design a single session. Every bespoke commission follows the same discipline:

Executive interviews, stakeholder conversations, and a diagnostic of the capability gap, the cultural context, and the strategic priorities the programme must serve.

Programme architecture built from scratch around your organisation. Modular structure, facilitator methodology, assessment instruments, and participant journeys designed as a coherent system.

Delivery

In-person, virtual, or hybrid. Delivered by our faculty or used to certify yours through train-the-trainer. Cohort sizes, language, and sector calibration are scoped with each client.

What is a bespoke commission?

A programme designed and built from scratch for your organisation. We do not adapt from a catalogue. Every commission starts with discovery, is shaped around your strategic priorities, and is measured against outcomes agreed at the start.

What kinds of programmes do you build?

Four core capabilities: content creation and redesign, graduate programmes, train-the-trainer, and cultural transformation. Most commissions combine two or more.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on scope. A content redesign may take four to eight weeks. A graduate programme or cultural transformation may run six to twelve months. A train-the-trainer certification can be delivered in a single intensive week. We scope timelines during discovery.

Can you build internal delivery capability so our team can run the programme?

Yes. Train-the-trainer is one of our four core capabilities. We design the programme, build the facilitator guides and assessment instruments, and certify your internal team to deliver independently.

Do you work with existing content or start from scratch?

Both. Some commissions involve transforming existing materials into experiential, level-specific journeys. Others require a programme built from nothing. We scope this during discovery.

How do you measure outcomes?

Every commission uses Kirkpatrick L1 to L4 measurement. Outcomes are defined at the start, not bolted on at the end. Capability dashboards are reported back to your leadership team.

Do you deliver in Arabic?

Yes. We deliver in Arabic, English, or bilingual formats depending on cohort composition. Written materials are available bilingually on request.

Where do you deliver?

Across the GCC: principally Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Doha. Virtual and hybrid formats available.

What does it cost?
